Did you enjoy your Reading Week, U of T? After a week off, we’re back in the playlist making game. Pop in your headphones and be transported.

You may be willing to acknowledge that music affects you psychologically, but that’s not what this mixtape is about. This is about physicality, moving to the beat, dancing your heart out, and expressing yourself with movement.

This is a journey starting with I-just-fell-in-love happy-dancing, continuing with the physical realities of stress and heartbreak, and ending with a reminder that, through dancing, you can heal. With a postscript of some favourite dancefloor-ready anthems.
